Rector (Lead Pastor)

Fr. Ryan is ordained as a priest in the Anglican Church in North America. Previous to All Saints Church, Ryan was the founding rector of Eucharist Church (eucharistsf.org) in downtown San Francisco where he served in ministry for over a decade. In addition to his work at All Saints Church, Fr. Ryan is the cofounder and executive director of Iona House (ionahouse.org). Ryan is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary (MDiv) and is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry degree at Nashotah House Theological Seminary. Ryan is married to Elizabeth and has two sons, Nathan and Aidan. Ryan grew up in Placerville and returned to his roots after 25 years away in 2022.

Associate Rector

Fr. Chris is an ordained priest in the Anglican Church North America and in 2025 moved to the Placerville area after spending his entire life and 15 years of ministry in Southern California. Fr. Chris is passionate about historical worship, pastoral care and reaching out to those far from God. He believes service is at the heart of his call as a priest. Fr. Chris graduated from Bethel Seminary San Diego (Mdiv) and is currently taking coursework in a Doctor of Ministry program at Nashotah House Theological Seminary. With his bride Kasi, a family medicine doctor, they enjoy raising their three lovely daughters, Abigail, Ruth and Christina in the beautiful 4 season area of the Western Sierras!

Director of Music

As a vocalist and pianist, Elizabeth has led music for worship in various churches for over a decade. One of her passions is to cultivate a culture of music that allows the congregation to fully enter into singing and participation. In addition to her work at All Saints Church, Elizabeth is also the co-founder of Iona House: a center for Contemplation and Christian Formation located in Placerville, CA. Elizabeth has a masters degree in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University and is a trained spiritual director. Elizabeth is married to Ryan and has two sons.
